Bottom line, the actual AKG headphones are excellent, easily producing some of the most vibrant, detailed and accurate sound one can get via a headphone jack in 2019. Within a few days, the right earbud stopped working intermittently, and I started noticing distortion during cal ls. The bass is muffled, as are the highs, almost as if you were listening to them under a blanket. The pair I ordered that were listed as "OEM" couldn't be further from there is a night and day difference in clarity and richness of the sound they produce compared to the real thing. They look very similar (knockoffs on the left, true AKG's on the right in the photo), almost identical, and if you didn't already own an actual set, it'd be impossible to tell the difference, until you listen to them. These headphones are clearly designed to leverage on the AKG brand without actually being the official AKG headphones that come with newer galaxy phones. Excellent headphones (if they're the real thing that is)
